Daisy practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, and Guardianship and Elder Law.

Daisy leads the firm’s Probate and Administration practice. She represents fiduciaries in all facets of the administration of estates, trusts and guardianships. She prepares New York State and Federal estate tax returns, and also prepares fiduciary accountings.

Daisy also has extensive experience in litigated and complicated estates, trusts and guardianships, including, but not limited to, Will contests, construction proceedings, fiduciary removal actions, the probate of lost Wills, disputed accountings, and turnover proceedings.

Daisy began as an associate with the firm upon graduation from law school.  She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Daisy resides in Brooklyn with her husband, their three children and dog, Ringo.
